Josh's patience and care with Addy, working together on her flying and tumbling ( in particular her back handsprings) from 4 years- 9 years old built her confidence and her love of cheer early on. We always knew she was safe and ensuring any skills were only attempted once Josh knew she had the pre requisites nailed.

Josh encouraged Addy through kindness, resulting in Addy being excited to attend extra classes with a drive to attain and perfect skills.

Josh regularly provided feedback to us as Addy's parents, in addition to giving Addy stretch and drill homework. The mix of hard work but with a smile, throwing in fun, is what kept our small cheerleader loving her time with Josh.
